Dr. Lauren Tink

Dr. Lauren Tink was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Yeshiva University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and went on to receive her D.M.D. degree from McGill University in 2014. She then completed a one-year multidisciplinary residency at NYU’s Lutheran Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Tink later moved to South Florida to pursue her passion for endodontics at Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated at the top of her class and was awarded the prestigious Seymour Oliet Endodontic Award in recognition of her exceptional professionalism and excellence as the program’s top resident. During her specialty training, she completed a surgical externship at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain, performing a range of advanced endodontic surgical procedures.

In 2025, Dr. Tink achieved Diplomate status with the American Board of Endodontics, a voluntary and rigorous board certification held by fewer than 30% of endodontists in the United States. This distinction reflects her commitment to clinical excellence, lifelong learning, and providing the highest standard of care to her patients. She remains active in several South Florida dental study clubs and approaches endodontics with a comprehensive treatment-planning philosophy.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Tink has participated in multiple veterinary dental missions, providing endodontic and surgical care to rescued exotic animals—including chimpanzees, bears, and tigers—who arrive at sanctuaries with significant dental trauma. Working alongside veterinary specialists, she has performed root canals, restorations, extractions, and even apicoectomies, helping these animals heal, regain comfort, and thrive. She considers it a privilege to use her training in such meaningful and unique ways.

Outside the office, Dr. Tink enjoys traveling, hiking, snorkeling, and exploring national parks with her husband, Andrew. She is deeply grateful for the trust placed in her by her patients and referring partners and looks forward to continuing to provide exceptional care to the South Florida community.
